     Breakfast with Santa is how it started off, but it is growing and that is because we live in such an awesome community! We have added a Holiday Market (there is still room for more vendors if you/someone you know would like to join us!) and also live music. And… yes there are still hourly spots open for live music also. Please reach out to me if you, your family, school, or church would like to participate.

     We have already been blessed with two donors that have stepped up and are willing to help us make this day special. First off, Macmillian Publishers will be giving us books for Santa to pass out to the first 250 children who come to eat breakfast with him. Then, when I reached out to someone who attends New Hope Baptist Church for volunteers and helpers to assist us with making a craft - not only did they say yes they would love to come and help, but they also will be providing the crafts. I can’t wait to see the children smile as they make something to take home!

     You ask why is my post so long? Because I want everyone to know you can be part of our day. We still need volunteers to help with the breakfast part. Either physically with your time or financially in helping us get our food, drinks, and paper goods together. We are still in the stages of putting this event together and would enjoy you joining us.

     Please bring your children and grandchildren out to eat, take a picture with Santa, go home with a gift, and make a craft. While you are here, do a little shopping (we all have Christmas Lists to fill) and there will be some really good vendors out there to help you.

     Who doesn’t love music? Come and enjoy the Christmas carols and live music. Go home full with the Joy of the CHRISTmas spirit!
